Maintenance Methods for Four-Window Oil Level Indicators

Maintaining four-window oil level indicators is crucial for ensuring their long-term stable operation, accurate observation, and equipment safety. Specific methods are as follows:

Cleaning Frequency: Determine based on the pollution level of the operating environment. Generally, clean at least once a month. In dusty or heavily oil-contaminated environments (e.g., chemical workshops, gas stations), increase cleaning frequency to once a week.

First, gently wipe the window surface with a dry, soft cloth (e.g., chamois or lens cloth) to remove dust and loose oil residue.

For stubborn grease, apply a small amount of neutral cleaner (e.g., soapy water, specialized glass cleaner) and gently wipe in circular motions. Avoid using highly corrosive solvents like alcohol or acetone to prevent damage to the glass or seals.

After cleaning, rinse off any residue with clean water and dry thoroughly with a dry cloth to ensure no water marks or scratches remain on the window.

Precautions: Before cleaning, shut off all relevant pipeline valves and wait until the pressure inside the pipeline has been released to avoid hazards caused by oil leakage or pressure surges.
